We do not provide legal advice outside of migration law. For matters requiring legal representation beyond migration services, we may refer you to appropriate legal practitioners.
Before commencing work, we will provide you with a written agreement that includes:
Work will not commence until you have signed and returned the agreement and paid any required initial fees.
Our professional fees are calculated based on the complexity of the matter, time required, and the level of expertise needed. All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Important: Professional fees are separate from Department of Home Affairs visa application charges, which are set by the Australian Government and subject to change. Current fees are available at immi.homeaffairs.gov.au.

We cannot and do not guarantee the outcome of any visa application. Visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs or relevant decision-makers. Our role is to provide professional advice and prepare applications to the best possible standard.

Providing false or misleading information to us or the Department of Home Affairs can result in visa refusal, cancellation, and potential legal consequences.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Our refund policy is as follows:

Disbursements (government fees, skills assessment fees, etc.) are not refundable once paid to third parties. We will provide evidence of all payments made on your behalf.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For existing clients, the terms in force at the time of entering into your client agreement will apply unless otherwise agreed.
