ANZSCO 333211 task focus

Reference letters must show at least 65% time on fibrous plastering work:

• Plasterboard fix and set — Gyprock, Knauf, USG Boral plasterboard systems.
• Wall and ceiling linings — standard, fire-rated, acoustic, wet-area.
• Cornice installation — Gyprock cove, Concord, ornate, custom mouldings.
• Suspended ceiling systems — Donn / Armstrong / USG metal grid + tile ceilings.
• Plasterboard partitioning — single / double studded, metal stud framing.
• Acoustic plasterboard systems — Knauf Acoustix, CSR Gyprock Soundchek.
• Fire-rated plasterboard systems — Gyprock Fyrchek, Knauf Knauffire, USG Boral Fyrcheck.
• Wet-area plasterboard — Aquachek, Wetstop, Hardies Versilux.
• Villaboard / fibre-cement sheet installation.
• Decorative plaster mouldings — domes, panels, archways, curved walls.
• Setting and finishing — base coats, top coats, sanding.
• Reading detailed drawings.

Useful certifications

• Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining (CPC31420) — Australian Cert III.
• White Card (CPCCWHS1001) — mandatory.
• State trade licence — VBA Vic, NSW Fair Trading, QBCC, Building & Energy WA.
